Each Child is the family-centred childcare service of EACH, providing an inclusive community of early childhood education and care. Children and their families are supported by a team of Early Childhood Educators and the EACH community health professionals, offering a range of integrated family services.
We communicate and advocate high expectations for all children and are committed to supporting each child’s health & safety, child’s rights, wellbeing, individual learning goals, and development plans. We strive to enhance children’s agency, promote choice, and provide opportunities for all children to thrive, experience success and personal achievement.
Our curriculum encompasses open-ended, inquiry-based and play learning experiences to incorporate a range of integrated teaching and learning approaches. We recognize all children learn and develop uniquely. Our learning community values each child’s strengths, abilities, interests, and curiosities to make sense of their world, whilst respecting the environment and promoting sustainable practices.
Each Child educators believe assessment in early childhood learning and development is an ongoing cycle of observation, analysing learning, documentation, and planning. We welcome, acknowledge, respect and value our partnerships with families to draw on their perspectives, experiences, and expectations to foster and enhance their children’s learning journey.
Each Child are committed to child safety, equity, respect and celebrate diversity in all its forms, and recognise its contributions to our community. We value and celebrate our diversity, children, families & educators and respectful relationships to achieve goals together.
We strive to continuously improve our unique service through reflective practice, responsive engagement, and promotion of community collaboration
